Vert Clothing Online Shop
task & Requirements
Creating a website can attract customers, engage them, and generate interest. My goal is to create a website using a CMS that will be beneficial to the company I have chosen. The website must be responsive for 3 different sizes and contain information about the company (history, mission statement).
Research
Competitor Websites & User Flow
I started by checking out websites of other clothing brands similar to Vert. I explored Supreme and Bape in detail which are the top streetwear brands globally. I then analysed how user-friendly their sites are and areas they can enhance, making sure to examine various screen sizes, not just web. A user flow was then created using this information.
Style & Layout
Moodboards
Continuing my research stage I created seperate mood boards for style/layout, colours and fonts. I also used the brand guidelines provided by Vert as a reference.

Julie
Age: 19
Occupation: Influencer
Income: Low-Medium
Bio: Julie is a teenager who wants to be a social media icon. She does this by dressing well, wearing brands and having a “cool” lifestyle. Vert would be a perfect brand for her as it’s very similar to the current brands she already wears and is good quality.

Target Audience & Personas
Identifying a primary and secondary target audience was vital as these will be the main individuals using the website, therefor it is important to make it tending to their needs and interests.
Primary Target Audience 16-24 Y/O
Our main audience will be teenagers to young adults. These are the people that will build the brand by continuosly buying our products and sharing it with their friends. They are usually the people who like brands and fashion/street wear.
Secondary Target Audience 25-35 Y/O
These people will be the older group that isn’t overly fussed about what brands they wear but still want quality clothes that fit their lifestyle. They range from skaters, bikers to people who just wear streetwear.

Design
Wireframes
Once all the research was done I moved onto wireframing where I created some lo-fi wireframes using figma.

Prototype
Once my wireframes were complete I gathered feedback from several people before moving onto prototyping. The main points of feedback were:
Make all the buttons straight edged
Make the Nav bar slimmer
Have more negative space between items
Keep all the titles as Sans-Serif font
